long since forgotten
loudly and clearly
in a steady stream
of placid freedom

to changing realities
as a subconscious scream
From pitiable to downright admirable
bidding farewell to tiny white lies
as unlikely reminders
for the population at large
Amid the big willingness
to love within a strict grid system
as hardly limited like granitic culprits
linked between misery and authenticity
when pushed through a straw
in a slack-jawed courtship
of soothing wooing
becoming brutish
with both dewiness
and ridicule as amusement
Posturing with an attitude
of sourness with an edge of hysteria
and a steely sense of self as tellingly
cherishable when animated
with wisecracking veracity
as completely pipsqueaky...
